- Puretergent ships full-size soap pouches via UPS ground, unless special requests are made, and Travel Packs ship US Postal Priority Flat Rate. We make every effort to ship within 1 business day of the order being placed (i.e. orders placed on Saturday will ship by Tuesday). Shipments originate in Oakland, CA – see map below for UPS ground shipping times.
- Refunds: Refund or replacement product are sent out if package arrive damaged.
- Returns: Only unopened product in like-new condition upon receipt at Puretergent fulfillment center is accepted for return – any opened, or damaged product is not eligible for return unless damage occurred in initial shipment to the customer. Puretergent reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on items returned. Return shipping is responsibility of purchaser, and Puretergent is not liable. If order was placed using a free-shipping coupon, refund amount will be the order total less and restocking fee and standard shipping cost.
Customer Information Security:

- Puretergent does not share our customers information with outside entities.
- Customer information is only used for order fulfillment and to send out occasional coupons, we won’t ever sell your information.
